Child Seagrass Casket

Child Seagrass Caskets are beautiful, handmade caskets suitable for viewing or services prior to a burial or cremation and available in 24″ and 36″ sizes. Each casket is fully lined with a soft natural cotton interior that is also biodegradable, and includes a matching pillow and a privacy shield.

Passages Seagrass Caskets are crafted by hand primarily from willow, with attractive seagrass rope woven into the willow as an added design feature. This sturdy casket has a slightly rounded top used to finish the elegant, yet simple design. Each casket is fully lined with a natural, unbleached fitted cotton interior and includes a matching pillow and privacy shield.

The seagrass used to produce this casket is not harvested from delicate marine environments, but rather cultivated in rice paddy-like fields that are seasonally flooded to support the growing seagrass plant. The willow used is the same eco-friendly willow used on our Willow Caskets (hyperlink).
