Child Bamboo Coffin

Six-Point Bamboo, certified Fair Trade infant coffins are available in both 24" and 36" sizes. Optional engravable bamboo name plaques and viewing lids are also available. These coffins do not have a separate privacy shield.

When buried directly in the earth (without a liner or burial vault) this coffin will break down naturally over time. Because it does not use metal or toxic components, the Bamboo Coffin is also suitable as a cremation container.

Passages offers a viewing lid for the Six-Point Bamboo Coffin lid that allows for an open-coffin viewing or service. Once the service has concluded, simply replace the full lid prior to the cremation or burial and secure the closures.

These coffins can be shipped flat packed or assembled. An optional 5″L x 8″W x .375″H engravable bamboo plaque is available for the Bamboo Coffin.
